Breakfast

Pancakes with fruit and yogurt

 

  • Drizzle each plate with maple syrup or thinned jam (orange marmalade or raspberry are nice).
  • Place cooked pancakes on the plate.
  • Layer the cooked pancakes with chopped fresh fruit and vanilla yogurt.

 

LunCH

Panini Sandwich

  • Grilled vegetables and cheese panini sandwich.

 

Lunch Salad

Salad or quesadilla made from leftovers (BBQ chicken, shrimp, grilled vegetables...)

 

Dinner

 

No one needs a vacation so much as a mom who just got back from the family vacation.
